PAPCSSB operational staff members have over fifteen (15) years of Pest and Termite Control experience, which has allowed PAPCSSB to establish the capabilities to offer Pest Control Solutions and Termite Control Solutions to the highest standard to Clients at any location throughout Sabah and Labuan. PAPCSSB guarantees every Client the following: Tailored Solutions Pest Control or Termite Control solutions tailored to meet each Clients specific requirements. Quality Chemicals All pesticides, insecticides and termiticides are procured from reputable suppliers and applied as per manufacturers recommended rates of dilution or dosages. Trained and Licensed Technicians Each Pest Control Technician receives a minimum of eight (8) hours of developmental training per quarter and is licensed by the Department of Agriculture to perform any works allocated to them. Quality Assurance by Management For all Contract work, a site visitation will take place by a manager or supervisor on a quarterly basis to inspect services performed and to ensure that the work is performed at the highest of standards. Call Back Response Call back response time of no more than forty eight (48) hours for all Clients within 50km of Kota Kinabalu and no more than seventy two (72) hours for all Clients more than 50km of Kota Kinabalu (for Contract work and based upon receipt of call back request). Licensed and Approved Company PAPCSSB is fully licensed by the Department of Agriculture to operate as a Pest Control Service company and import, store and market Class Ia, Ib, II,III & IV chemicals.
