As a child comes to a certain level of maturity, he/she with proper guidance and practise is able to analyse errors made and correct these accordingly. PIXELS takes this approach further by introducing to TEENS the common errors made in the use of language and guides students in self-dependent editing; thus enabling the student to better handle language skills in any situation they come across in any form whether it be grammar or writing.

Our PIXELS for TEENS program allows students to explore their potential in common organizational patterns of formal essay / short composition writing tasks; such examples are; explanatory, problem-solution, comparison contrast, persuasive, and responding to reading texts. This, in turn would prepare students to write timed essays such as they might encounter in classroom situations, in writing examinations, or when they apply to a college or graduate school. Student-centred activities imply that the students naturally take an active role in the learning process.

Another important aspect of language skills that PIXELS has embedded into the program for TEENS is the effective use of verbal skills. PIXELS offers a process approach that emphasizes the interdependent step-by-step decisions and tasks that are involved in planning, writing, and delivering an effective presentation to an audience. With an all-round method of learning language TEENS would master language skills that would assist them in handling any situation both now and in their bright future ahead.
