The Client is among the top university in Asia region. Despite its wealth of innovations and IPs, the Client found it challenging to bring their innovations to the market. The Client was in need of industry experts to provide professional views that enable formulation of market-driven commercialization strategies.
To provide feedback on current issues and challenges in up scaling innovation and commercialization activities
To plan and strategize the direction of innovation and commercialization
To provide and encourage business networking for commercialization activities at national and international levels.
Our Approach and Work:
We were invited as Think Tank member council for the Client. Practical action plans were introduced , taking into considerations of Client’s resources utilizing Blue Ocean Strategy framework. We assisted in targeted promotion of Client’s innovations in life science and biotechnology industry
Expected Outcome and Business Impact:
Innovations uptake by industry players are expected to grow substantially compared to previous years. The Client’s competency to manage commercialization process is expected to improve.
