Job Evaluation System - We use a 10-factor system to evaluate executive and non-executive positions.  An IT tool is used to do scoring and guided by a job evaluation manual.  Key factors include SKILLS, RESPONSIBILITIES, EFFORTS & WORKING CONDITIONS.

Merit Plus - This is an IT & Online tool  to budget and distribute Merit Increment for employees.  It is also a simulation and "what if" tool which uses well accepted pay principles i.e. Pay-for-Performance.

Performance Management System (PMS) - This is a HR and appraisal system use for performance evaluation and assessment using Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).  An IT & Online system is available as an option.
