Borne by the security company. 3) Good Attendance – Report to work early and change shifts according to clock out time. 4) Willing to work overtime whenever requested. 5) Less supervision. 6) Less work related discipline problem – eg. Not taking long breaks. 7) No work attitude problems with the client’s Human Resource or Security Dept personnel. 8) No personal problems – Only work to send money back to their home country. ON HIRING LOCAL GUARDS? 1) High turnovers (constant changing of guards) due to salary disputes. 2) Always demanding for better pay and extra allowances but try to avoid from taking additional responsibilities. 3) Provide EPF contribution or additional allowances. 4) Poor Attendance – Report to work late and going back early, changing shifts not according to clock out time and taking extra days off on festival holidays. Also sudden taking half day off for no good reason. 5) Usually facing shortage of guards during public holidays ie. Hari Raya Puasa, Thaipusum and Depavalli. 6) Needs to be constantly supervised. 7) Not willing to work overtime whenever requested most of the time.
