The sheer height and impressive summit peaks of Mt. Kinabalu attract climbers from all over the world. The highest peak, Low's Peak, stands at 4,095m and commands breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and coastline.

Mt. Kinabalu is known as one of the most accessible mountains to climb. How much you enjoy your mountain trek depends on how fit and prepared you are.
A great way to prepare for the summit trek is to spend an easy day at Kinabalu Park (1,500m a.s.l) before your climb.

Enjoy the cool mountain air and acclimatize as you explore the nature trails and botanical garden highlighting rare and exotic flora of the park.  Bird life is also particularly rich here and will definitely appeal to birding enthusiasts.
