Geared towards helping every patient to optimise his/her recovery potential.
Our integrated approach currently involves any one, or a combination of Nurses, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy
Physiotherapy is treatment focused on human function and movement directed at evaluating, restoring and maintaining physical function of a patient. Physiotherapists or physical therapists have a detailed understanding of how the body works and are specially educated and trained to assess and improve movement and function of the body, and to relieve pain.
Occupational Therapy, often abbreviated as “OT”, is a treatment focused on helping a patient with disabilities to achieve independence in all areas of daily life. Our OT’s focus on areas of the patient’s life which are challenging and design a care plan that can assist the patient in performing these activities in a more functional and independent way. .
