Product description Name: Tetramethylthiuram disulfide Molecular formula: C6H12N2S4 Formula weight: 240.41 Use: TMTD is used as a single promoter in most sulfur vulcanized elastomers Can be used as a single accelerator, as a secondary accelerator or as a sulphur donor in most sulphur-cured elastomers. Scorchy and gives fast cure rates. Produces an excellent vulcanisation plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance in sulphurless and EV cure systems good color retention is obtained in non-black vulcanisation. Widely used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber, mainly used in industrial products such as tyres, tyre tube, rubber overshoes, cables. Used as bactericide and pesticide in agriculture, also as lubricating additive. Packing: 25 kg net weight in braided bag lined with plastic bag. Storage: Set ventilation and dry place, Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight.
