The Federal Skilled Worker Class opens on May 1, 2014. Only a total of 25,000 applications will be processed, with a cap of 1,000 per each occupation. We expect this quota to be met very quickly, so applicants must act fast!
In order to receive points for education, applicants will need to have their educational credentials evaluated by either designated organizations or professional bodies for regulated occupations.Applicants whose credentials do not exist in Canada as well as those who do not have a credential equivalent to a completed Canadian credential would not be eligible for the FSWC.
