The 27 storey business tower has been registered for a Green Star - Office Design rating. The building is targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, a 4 Star NABERS water rating and a 5 Star NABERS energy rating via a suite of environmentally sensitive approaches. The building will have approximately 180 CET meters installed, connecting to the Building Management System (BMS), to enable the generation of Energy Consumption Reporting.
