Receiving and attending to maintenance complaints from residents/owners.
 Maintain and upkeep a Strata Title's Roll or Owners's master list.
 Upkeep individual Owner's file.
 Prepare and bill monthly service charge together with water usage, etc.
 Car parking management.
 Oversee general cleanings, security, pest control, swimming pool maintenance, etc.
 Liaise with Auditors, Lawyers and gobvernment authorities.
